Why RFI?

Under the leadership of Bishop Justin D. Elwell, Restoration Fellowship International carries forward the vision entrusted to its founder, Dr. John A. Looper, Bishop Emeritus. RFI exists to proclaim the Gospel and the Lordship of Messiah Jesus to all mankind; to provide New Testament-rooted ministry and discipleship for every believer; and to strengthen and connect the Body of Messiah worldwide through authentic, biblical fellowship, cooperation, and Kingdom purpose.

We are committed to restoring individuals to wholeness in Messiah, strengthening homes and marriages according to God’s biblical design, and practicing the faith and order of the earliest believers through worship, service, and community. Through theological education, ministerial training, ethical accountability, and compassionate outreach, we seek to equip believers and empower leaders—that believers everywhere might walk in integrity, unity, and the transformative power of the Gospel.

As a global association and communion of ministers, ministries, and churches, we seek to build up the Body of Messiah and extend His Kingdom on earth, reflecting His love, truth, and redemptive purpose in every community we touch.
